REFUND POLICY.
CANCEL AN ORDER
In the event that you wish to cancel an order, you must contact CANDYJAM via the contact form. We will only cancel an order provided the order has not already been packed or shipped. If the order has been packed or shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation.
If you have received communication from CANDYJAM offering you a cancellation, we may offer you a refund. Please note that any refund offered by CANDYJAM will only be the value of the items ordered. We do not refund any delivery costs.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you have received the incorrect order, we may offer you a replacement order of the same value. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential costs incurred due to the errors made with products once delivered. In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact CANDYJAM via our contact form. Please include your order number and details of the issue. CANDYJAM will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Any ordered items will be at your risk from the time you accept delivery of the products from the courier. In the event the order has been damaged in transit, we may offer you a replacement order of the same value. RETURNS POLICY
As all items are freshly boxed-to-order and due to the perishable nature of the product, unfortunately we do not accept returns.
